Refund and Exchange Policy
There are No Refunds or Exchanges on Tickets - All Sales Are Final
General Policies
Ticketing and Entry:
- All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the show starts to ensure a smooth seating process.
- Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the ushers, and only during an appropriate break in the performance.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the performance is canceled.
- In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Attire:
- While there is no formal dress code, we encourage patrons to dress in a manner that is respectful of the performance and fellow audience members.

Conduct:
- Please silence mobile devices and refrain from texting during the performance.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated by the theater.
- Disruptive behavior, including talking or excessive movement, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the theater.

Food and Beverages:
- Concessions will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission. We accept cash only for these purchases.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Dynamics Community Theater of Tallmadge). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
